Strata Equity manages 160+ owners corporations across Australia. Their property managers were overwhelmed — buried under 180,000+ emails and 750GB+ of documents scattered across Outlook and SharePoint.

We built Strata Analytics — a custom AI-powered platform that centralizes knowledge and delivers actionable insights.

1. Unified Data Layer

Extracted and processed 180,000+ emails and 750GB+ of SharePoint documents into a centralized vector database — making everything searchable through natural language.

2. AI-Powered Search

Built a RAG-based (Retrieval Augmented Generation) search interface. Managers can now ask questions in plain English and get instant answers with source documents.

3. Outlook Integration

Developed a custom Outlook plugin that drafts intelligent email responses using context from the entire email history — not just the current thread.

4. Real-Time Analytics

Created live dashboards tracking KPIs across the organization — response times, workload distribution, urgent issues, and team performance.

5. Automated Insights

Implemented AI-driven alerts identifying top performers, overloaded staff, at-risk properties, and trending issues — automatically surfaced daily.
